AGGREGATED DATA
The operating system (e.g., iOS 11.3.1-10,000,000) is logged when a user activates the Nova Protocol app.
The version of the app (e.g., Version 6.1_132_432908b) is logged when a user activates the Nova Protocol app.
Daily active users information (e.g., 2018/09/01-19,000,000) is logged each time a user activates the Nova Protocol app.
User geodemographic data (e.g., US-100,000,000) is provided by the App Store & Google Play Store.
This information assists us in better understanding our user base and enhances customer satisfaction through product planning.
VPN CONNECTION DATA
The server location (e.g., US-California server 1) is automatically recorded during a VPN connection.
Connection timestamp (e.g., Connected@15:30 2018/05/15) is automatically recorded during a VPN connection.
Error report (e.g., Error_Userdoesnotallowconfiguration) is automatically collected if the VPN connection fails due to an error.
Network type (e.g., 4G) is collected via an analytic service provider.
This information is SOLELY used to refine the VPN service and troubleshoot any issues, and it will be PERMANENTLY DELETED from our system within 96 HOURS.
OTHER INFORMATION
Analytical data such as app crash reports and in-app page interaction is gathered when Nova Protocol is in use.
Ad data (e.g., iOS ad identifier - IDFA, Android ad master identifier)
